To Get into the Junk folder

When you have configured your accounts with SpamAssassin and its own Spam Box feature, SpamAssassin directs email it flags as spam to the Spam Box at a folder named Spam. If you are a HostPapa webmail user (Horde, RoundCube, and SquirrelMail), then you might have to subscribe to the Spam folder (sometimes referred to as Junk) so as to view it from the webmail interface.

Refer to the directions below to subscribe to access the Spam/Junk folder into your gridhost webmail interface.

To subscribe to access the Spam folder at Horde:

Log into cPanel and proceed into the Mail section.

Click on the Mail Accounts icon to start the Mail Accounts page.

About the Mail Accounts webpage, scroll down to the listing of email accounts. Open webmail to your email account you are setting: choose Access Webmail and click on on the dropdown.

From the Horde folder , click on the Folder Actions dropdown and click on the Display All Of Mailboxes item.

The Spam folder now appears in the folder .

Open the Spam folder and choose Subscribe. On a PC, click on the junk folder and choose Subscribe. On a Mac, hold the Ctrl key down and Choose Subscribe.

Once the Subscribe to spam? Window pops open, click on the Subscribe to all folders of junk checkbox and click on OK.

The junk folder now appears in the normal Horde email folders listing. To get the junk folder, click on it. Any junk email will look from the list on the ideal side of this display.

In RoundCube, the junk folder is known as Junk by default. To get the Junk folder at RoundCube:

Log into cPanel and proceed into the Mail section.

Click on the Mail Accounts icon to start the Mail Accounts page.

About the Mail Accounts webpage, scroll down to the listing of email accounts. Open webmail to your email account you are setting: choose Access Webmail and click on on the dropdown.

From the RoundCube folder , the Junk mail folder is dispersed by default. Spam email will be automatically placed by spam Box .

To get spam email, click on the Junk folder. Any junk email will look from the list on the ideal side of this display.

SquirrelMail webmail

In SquirrelMail, the junk folder is dispersed by default. To get the junk folder at SquirrelMail:

Log into cPanel and proceed into the Mail section.

Click on the Mail Accounts icon to start the Mail Accounts page.
